about

Mantra Music for Spiritual Meditation

For many years spiritual aspirants all over the world have enjoyed the beautiful music and melodies of Norwegian guitarist Sukha Deva. For this album Sukha Deva selected, re-mixed and re-mastered his favourite tunes from his three earlier albums of spiritual chanting, also known as kiirtan. Listening to or singing kiirtan is a wonderful way to prepare your mind  for spiritual meditation.

The sanskrt mantra Baba Nam Kevalam that you will hear on the album means Only the Feeling of Limitless Love.

"when people do kiirtan (spiritual chanting) out of deep love, a highly powerful spiritual vibration is created. Those who do kiirtana feel that vibration in their minds, hearts, and everywhere. They become virtually intoxicated with unbounded bliss." - Shrii Shrii Anandamurti
